When you collect your altered or repaired garment, please take a moment to review the work. We encourage you to try on alterations immediately or inspect repairs while you're at our studio to ensure everything meets your expectations.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
For custom sewing projects (custom dresses, skirts, tops, home textiles), refunds are not typically available once work has commenced, as these items are made specifically for you. However, we will work with you to address any issues and make reasonable adjustments.
If you have concerns about charges or billing, please contact us immediately. We will review your account and work to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
While we take every precaution to handle your garments with care, if you believe your garment was damaged while in our possession:
We will investigate all damage claims fairly and work to reach an appropriate resolution.
All return requests, adjustments, and refund claims must be made within 30 days of service completion. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
