At Transformaccompl, we are committed to providing high-quality tailoring and repair services. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with every service we provide.

Review Period

When you collect your altered or repaired garment, please take a moment to review the work. We encourage you to try on alterations immediately or inspect repairs while you're at our studio to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Adjustments and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 7 days of collection. We will:

  • Review your concerns and assess the work performed
  • Make necessary adjustments or corrections at no additional charge
  • Work with you to ensure the final result meets your expectations

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service was performed incorrectly due to our error
  • Work does not meet the agreed specifications
  • Significant quality issues that cannot be corrected

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Work completed according to agreed specifications
  • Change of mind after work has been completed
  • Issues that were not communicated at the time of service
  • Damage to garments that occurs after collection
  • Work requested beyond the original service scope

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of collecting your garment
  2. Bring the garment back to our studio for inspection
  3. Explain the issue and provide your receipt
  4. Allow us to review the work and assess the situation

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Custom Work

For custom sewing projects (custom dresses, skirts, tops, home textiles), refunds are not typically available once work has commenced, as these items are made specifically for you. However, we will work with you to address any issues and make reasonable adjustments.

Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about charges or billing, please contact us immediately. We will review your account and work to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.

Damage Claims

While we take every precaution to handle your garments with care, if you believe your garment was damaged while in our possession:

  • Notify us immediately upon collection
  • Do not alter or clean the garment
  • Bring the garment back for assessment
  • Provide documentation of the garment's condition before service

We will investigate all damage claims fairly and work to reach an appropriate resolution.

Time Limits

All return requests, adjustments, and refund claims must be made within 30 days of service completion. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
